From the Greek Magical Papyri
This spell will answer you a question in your dreams. It is a request for a dream oracle. You will need:
- a strip of tinfoil
- a copper stylus
- myrtle leaves
- a censer
- frankinscense.
After keeping yourself pure for three days, write the following using a copper stylus on a strip of tinfoil:

Crown this foil with myrtle leaves, and place the censor next to it. Make a burnt offering of frankincense and pass the metal through and around the vapor while saying:
Lords, gods, reveal to me concerning the NN matter
tonight, in the coming hours. Emphatically I beg, I supplicate, I your servant and enthroned by you.
Place the foil under your pillow. Do not speak to anyone or answer their questions before falling asleep.
