I was looking to make something neat with the audio I posted most recently, and I ended up not with something for a narrow audience, but something for a broader one.
As I was cutting it up for posting, I realized, “Hey, Rev. Avende is doing her annual #PrayerADay event in a couple of weeks… I should make this into a trailer for her!” And it worked kinda neatly.
One of the nice things about working closely with another ADF Priest is that sometimes, things just accidentally fall into place and you end up with dovetailing work. Working with Rev. Avende is often like that… and she’s not the only Priest this happens with (though she’s probably far and away the most frequent).
The process of thinking you’re working in isolation and then finding out, suddenly, that you’re working together on a project is pleasantly unsettling, I think.
