This short meditation was entirely unscripted, and I recorded it after hours in The Magical Druid as the most complete “garden” I could find that actually had growing things you could see on video (you can see more of them on the portrait video that 3CG will eventually upload onto Instagram).
Doing this unscripted (and relatively unprepared) created some problems; not the least of which is that every take was different, and it also makes it harder to caption and transcribe; still, I managed, as you can see.
But the real issue is the “under 1 minute” version of this, which is something I’ve been creating to get it out to social media; because it’s entirely unscripted, the “under 1 minute cut” ends somewhat abruptly.
One of the things I miss with social media is the ability to craft long-form content that actually gets seen; the algorithm shoves it down under the radar, though, and it just isn’t interesting to the bots, so it must not be interesting to the humans.
Still, there’s an audience for it, and there will be more of that to come.
