Needed:
1 new flask
equal mixture of honey and olive oil (kept in flask)
1 twig of myrtle
Face the tomb of the deceased you wish to contact. Call out the Overseer of the fifth encampment, as follows:
“I, N, son of N, adjure you, ‘SYMWR, Overseer of the sixty-two angels of the Fifth Encampment of the First Firmament of Heaven called Shamayim; You who was created from fire and whose countenance is like fire, who emerged from fire and blazes like fire; I adjure you to command the angels of your glorious encampment to aid me in my work.”
Having obtained his authority, command the lesser angels to do your bidding and raise the ghost you desire to question, as follows.
“I, N, son of N, name you seven times, O angels of the Fifth Encampment of Shamayim, and adjure you to do my bidding, at the command of your glorious overseer, ‘SYMWR, who was created from fire and whose countenance is like fire, who emerged from fire and blazes like fire.”
Repeat these names seven times:

After repeating these names of angels seven times, hold the flask in your hand and call out thusly:
“I adjure you O spirit of the ram bearer who dwells among the graves upon the bones of the dead, that you will accept from my hand this offering and do my will and bring me the spirit of N son of N who is dead. Raise him up so that he will speak to me without fear and tell me the true things without concealment. Let me not be afraid of him and let him tell me for my question, the answer I need from him.”
The ghost should appear immediately. If he does not, repeat the above adjuration a second time and up to three times. When he appears, set the flask before him and after this speak your question while holding the twig of myrtle in your hand. To release him, strike him three times with the myrtle and pour out the oil and honey, break the flask, and throw the myrtle from your hand. Return home by a different route than the one you came by
