A Silent Black and White World<\/h2>\n

In a black and white world
\nWhere only the roses are red
\nI dream a silent movie dream
\nOf my love for you.
\nBut even in black and white
\nLife and love radiate
\nFrom your heart
\nCarressing me with warm fingers
\nIn the darkest night
\nIn winter.
\nNothing exists in everything
\nAs the reverse is true
\nEven thought my heart
\nExists ‘neath a bridge
\nOf silent laughter
\nNot with me, but at me.
\nAnd so here I sit
\nPraying to those Gods
\nWho don’t exist
\nBut I believe in anyway
\nAs horses clop upon the
\nWooden sky above.
\nMy saltwater tears
\nFall into dirty water
\nMuddied by the passage
\nOf time
\nInto Eternity.
\nA frog seeks refuge
\nBy burrowing
\nInto the mud
\nThat comes from oblivion.
\nAnd into the dream I go
\nCrying because no sound
\nExists in this place
