The names of the dead are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Joyce Fienberg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Richard Gottfried<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Rose Mallinger<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Jerry Rabinowitz<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cecil Rosenthal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>David Rosenthal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bernice Simon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Sylvan Simon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Daniel Stein<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Melvin Wax<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Irving Younger<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As part of my clergy work, I put together a Waters module for the folk that included a call to share our blessings with those who have gone before. I read the names of the dead specifically as the group I shared my blessings with.<\/p>\n<p>This was submitted for inclusion in the <a href=\"http:\/\/adf.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADF<\/a> Clergy Council&#8217;s Samhain video, but didn&#8217;t make the cut (a Waters module by Rev. Cannon was used instead, with a \u00a0Unity Working for the LGBTQIA+ community, which I feel is also important; I very nearly did something similar, but I am glad that Rev. Cannon did this, and that it could be included).<\/p>\n<p>Because my video won&#8217;t work well for future CC videos, I&#8217;m sharing it here instead, so it can be seen. I know Groves who have their Samhain rites coming up this weekend are struggling with ways to include the recent tragedies.
